By proceeding, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all policies outlined below. This includes payment terms, refund eligibility, rescheduling requirements, and entry conditions.

Failure to review this information may result in a missed opportunity, non-refundable fees, or denied entry.

Auction Entry Deposit – $500 + Valid ID Required

To attend the car auction, a $500 deposit and a valid government-issued ID are required.

• The $500 deposit will be applied to your purchase if you buy a vehicle at the auction.

• If you do not make a purchase, the full deposit will be returned after the auction.

Entry is not permitted without both the deposit and valid ID.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

All payments are non-refundable. Once your session is booked and payment is received, your spot is secured and cannot be refunded under any circumstance. Please be sure to confirm your availability before completing your purchase.

Rescheduling may be accommodated with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

To reschedule your session, you must contact me via email at least 48 hours in advance.

Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be accommodated and could result in forfeiture of your session and payment.
